A Liberated Life — A 10-Week Coaching Circle with Ivy Woolf Turk
A circle of women standing together with their arms around each other in warm evening light

 A 10-week coaching circle

For accomplished women who know something has to change.

Next circle begins October 4, 2026. Spots are limited.

You are exactly on time for your own next chapter.

 Where you are now

You've been the strong one for so long, you're not sure you know how to be anything else.

You've held careers together, families together, maybe even other people's sanity together. You've been the one people call. The one who shows up. The one who figures it out.

And then something happened.

Maybe your body stopped cooperating. Maybe a loss arrived that you couldn't organize your way through. Maybe you finally made it to the corner office and you're sitting in it wondering why it doesn't feel the way you thought it would. Maybe retirement is on the horizon and instead of relief, you feel something closer to dread. Maybe you looked up one day and realized the life you'd built, the one that looked so good from the outside, had somehow stopped including you.

And now you're in unfamiliar territory.

Everything you knew how to do, perform, provide, produce, push through, got you this far.

And suddenly it doesn't seem like enough.
Or right.
Or even possible anymore.

And now you're at a crossroads.
And you're not sure which way to go.

 Why nothing has shifted

You've tried to figure this out. It hasn't quite worked.

Maybe you've done therapy. Read the books. Gone on the retreat. Talked to friends who love you and want to help.

And still, something hasn't shifted.

Those things may have helped. But they may not have given you what you actually need.

A space that's entirely yours.

Where you're not the strong one, the advice-giver, the one holding everyone else steady.

Where you can feel what's actually there without judgment, without fixing, without having to hold it all together.

Where someone who has genuinely been through the fire sits across from you and says:

Three women seated side by side during a session, workbooks in hand, laughing together
I know. I've been there. And I am loving my life.

That's a different kind of help.

 The pattern underneath

Here's what nobody tells you about the woman who holds everything together.

Her greatest strength and her deepest wound are the same thing.

Somewhere along the way, being needed may have become part of how she measured her value.

So she kept going.
Kept giving.
Kept proving.

And somewhere in all that proving, her own voice got drowned out.

Not suddenly. Gradually. Until one day she realized she couldn't quite hear it anymore.

She's been saying yes when she means no for so long, she's not sure she knows the difference.

She's been so busy taking care of everyone else, she's forgotten what it feels like to want something just for herself.

She's been performing "fine" for so long, she's not sure what's underneath it.

And she's starting to wonder what would happen if she wasn't fine.

This is not a character flaw.

It's what happens when an extraordinary woman spends decades being everything to everyone without ever being given permission to simply be.

A Liberated Life is that permission.

 What actually changes everything

Most programs try to add things to your life. This goes somewhere different.

New habits. New strategies. New goals. Another framework to implement, another system to follow.

Most of what you've tried has worked on the outside of the problem. This works on the inside of it.

Because underneath everything may be a belief that has been quietly running your life:

Once I have the stability, once I do the right things, once everything is sorted, then I'll be okay.

And maybe you've been waiting to be okay for a very long time.

Ivy Woolf Turk smiling, wearing a cap embroidered with the words Trust the Process

The work begins by going inward before you go forward.

Learning to hear the voice that got drowned out. Feeling what's actually there, the grief, the anger, the relief, the longing, without being destroyed by it. Discovering what you actually value now.

And from that quiet, steady, finally-honest place, beginning to make choices differently.

The shift, when it comes, is deceptively simple.

You stop waiting to be okay.
You start from who you are.
You move from that place.
And you trust that what you need will follow.

That's a complete reorganization of how you move through the world. And it's what makes the next chapter, the next decision, the next version of your life finally possible.

 The one who's been there

Why I created this.

And I know what it means to have your outside life look successful while carrying grief, shame, fear, and rage on the inside.

I know what it's like to rebuild after divorce. After illness. After loss. After betrayal. After four years in a federal prison.

I'm sharing that because it's the foundation of everything I know about transformation. My greatest adversities became the greatest curriculum for my growth.

And I am loving my life. I mean loving it.

I'm an ICF Certified Professional Coach, speaker, workshop facilitator, consultant, and author. I've worked with women from all walks of life, CEOs and caregivers, executives facing retirement and mothers facing empty nests, women in boardrooms and women behind bars.

My work has taken me from high schools to Harvard, from prisons to the White House, the Department of Health and the United Nations, and to women in Italy, India, and across the country. I've contributed to criminal justice reform and advocacy surrounding the First Step Act, been recognized as a New Yorker of the Week, and been featured in Forbes, Rolling Stone, The New York Times, and beyond.

I'm proud of all of it. But none of those platforms matter as much to me as this one: being the matriarch of my family again. Being inspired every single day by my four adult children and my very special granddaughter and grandson.

That's what I mean when I say I know what's on the other side of this work.

Not a credential. A life.

And what women tell me actually changes things for them isn't any of the above. It's that they can feel I've genuinely been where they are. And that I found another way to live.

 What women say

In their own words.

This experience gave me my voice back. For the first time, I feel like I belong to myself.
Sharon
Working with Ivy helped me recognize when I'm slipping into old patterns, remember to pause before I spiral, and take action instead of staying stuck. In just three months, she helped me make more meaningful progress than I had in decades, more clarity, confidence, self-awareness, and access to joy than I thought possible.
Kristin
I came in overwhelmed and exhausted, and left empowered. This wasn't just coaching. It was a place to witness myself in ways I never knew others witnessed me.
Harriette
The most powerful thing for me was how quickly this group became a true support system. I never thought I could trust so deeply, so soon.
Iva
You are truly a mensch. Your individual coaching and groups are extraordinary. The work you do is a gift to the world. My world is brighter, fuller, and more beautiful because of you and all the women I have met.

 The journey

What happens inside those 10 weeks.

This isn't a course with modules and homework. It's a living, breathing circle.

And the journey itself moves like a breath.
Exhale. Pause. Inhale. Expand.

First

Exhale

You've been holding so much for so long. This is where you begin to put some of it down.

Strangers become family faster than you'd think possible. We handle the practical, create the container, and you begin to feel, maybe for the first time in a long time, that it's safe to stop holding everything quite so tightly.

You don't have to have the answers here. You don't have to take care of anyone else.

You get to exhale.

Second

Pause

This is the work most programs skip.

We slow down. We go inward. We learn to feel what's actually there without running from it or fixing it. We practice getting comfortable being uncomfortable.

And in the quiet, the voice that got drowned out starts to get a little louder.

Third

Inhale

Now there is room to take something in. Your voice. Your values. Your wants. Your needs. Maybe even possibilities you haven't allowed yourself to imagine yet.

Through breathwork, deep journaling, reflection, and practices that help you hear and trust yourself again, you begin to recognize what matters. What doesn't. What belongs to you. And what you've been carrying that never really did.

You begin filling the space you created with more of yourself.

Fourth

Expand

Now we begin to move. This is where we Design, Develop, Deliver.

Small steps. Daring to dream without the weight of fear. Noticing where joy is missing and following it. Building emotional intelligence and courage. Trying things. Making choices. Taking the first real steps toward a next chapter that's genuinely yours.

By the end, you're not performing "fine." You're actually, quietly, solidly okay. And you know what comes next, even if it's just the next few steps.

 What's included

What you get inside A Liberated Life.

01

Private, unhurried time to go deeper than the group allows. To work through what's specific to you. To be seen completely.

02

Weekly 90-minute group sessions

The heart of the circle. Ten weeks of facilitated gathering, reflection, truth-telling, and the particular magic that happens when a small group of extraordinary women decide to be honest with each other. Plus an initial meet-and-greet to begin creating the circle.

What's said here stays here. Presence is all we ask.

03

Weekly optional drop-in hours

An open Zoom room, one hour, every week. Come when you need to be heard. Report a win. Ask for help. Or simply not be alone with something for a while.

04

The Heartbeat Vault

Your private resource space with guided meditations, journaling prompts, daily affirmations, book and podcast recommendations, session recordings, and a community that champions and celebrates you between sessions.

Available on any device, any time.

05

A small, curated circle

Small enough that everyone is seen. Curated enough that the depth is real. You will not be a face in a crowd here.

And if 10 weeks isn't enough, and it rarely is once you've started, there's more. The women who want to go deeper have options. We'll talk about what that looks like on your discovery call.

 Picture this

10 weeks from now.

You wake up without the low-grade dread that's been living in your chest.

Your morning feels like yours. Not a list of obligations. Not a performance. Yours.

Someone asks you to do something that doesn't feel right. You feel the familiar pull, the old reflex to say yes, to smooth things over, to make it work.

You say no. Kindly. Clearly. Without the three-day guilt spiral that used to follow.

You catch yourself laughing. Really laughing. At something small. And you notice it because it used to be so rare.

You know what you want. Not perfectly. Not completely. But enough to take the next step toward it.

You are still strong. But your strength no longer requires you to abandon yourself.

You give because you want to, not because your worth depends on being needed. You say yes when you mean yes. You say no when you mean no. You let other people carry what belongs to them.

And you begin choosing yourself without believing someone else has to lose.

Not performing. Not proving. Not perfecting.
Just being who you actually are.

And something else worth knowing. A portion of every membership supports a justice-impacted woman's access to coaching and community, someone who couldn't otherwise afford it. When you rise, she rises too.

 Honestly

This isn't for everyone.

A Liberated Life is for women willing to do something different.

  • To feel things.
  • To sit with uncertainty.
  • To question some of the patterns that got them here.
  • To be honest, at least with themselves.

If you're looking for a quick fix or someone to simply tell you what to do, this probably isn't your room.

But if you're an accomplished woman who knows something has to change…

Who can feel that the old way of operating isn't working anymore… Who isn't entirely sure what comes next… And who is willing to go inward before she goes forward…

This was made for you.

 Before you say yes

Questions women ask.

I've tried therapy, coaching, retreats. Why would this be different?

You've probably learned a lot from all of them. This experience gives you somewhere to bring what you know into the way you're actually living.

The combination of lived experience, the intimacy of a small circle, private coaching, and the structure of the 10-week journey creates the conditions for something deeper to shift.

A place to hear yourself. A place to put some things down. And a place to begin making different choices.

I'm not in crisis. Is this still for me?

Absolutely.

Many women arrive here because something is quietly, persistently telling them that the way they've been living no longer fits.

You don't have to wait until your life falls apart to listen to that voice. That's enough.

What if I can't make every session?

All sessions are recorded and available in the Heartbeat Vault within 24 hours.

Life happens. We understand that. We only ask that you show up for yourself as consistently as you can.

What if I'm not comfortable sharing personal things in a group?

You'll never be forced to share anything. But this isn't a spectator experience either.

What most women discover, often surprisingly quickly, is that this is the first room where they're not expected to have the answers. That tends to open things up.

Is this worth the investment?

Only you can answer that. But perhaps another question is worth asking too.

What is it costing you to keep living the way you are?

Another year of saying yes when you mean no. Another year of putting yourself last. Another year of waking up with that low-grade dread and telling everyone you're fine. Another year waiting for something outside of you to change before you allow yourself to.

What would it be worth to hear your own voice again? To know what you want? To make decisions without abandoning yourself in the process? To feel joy without having to earn it first?

$2,895 in full, or three monthly payments of $997. Either way it's an investment in ten weeks. What you do with what you discover there belongs to the rest of your life.

Can I get additional support if I need it?

Yes. A Liberated Life members can book additional 1:1 sessions with Ivy at the member rate of $250 per hour.

When does this start, and how many spots are there?

The next circle begins October 4, 2026.

Spots are limited. When the circle is full, it's full. And the next one won't be until 2027.

You are exactly on time for your own next chapter.

You don't have to know exactly what comes next. You don't have to have it figured out before you walk into the room. You just have to know that something has to change.

The only question is whether you want to shape what comes next or let it shape itself.
